Born In The Back Of The House
We’re two guys from the South End of Hartford who grew up to be classically trained chefs (you may have heard of our other joint…) But at the end of a long night, when all the orders are up, and we can take a breath in the back of the house (that’s restaurant speak for kitchen) we gotta eat.
Hoagies, subs, grinders, whatever you wanna call ‘em — it’s the food that drove us to the kitchen in the first place. It only took us a few decades to think of it, but we finally figured —why not share it with all of you? The food chefs eat when no one’s watching, served up the way we like it — with the firm belief that more is more!
